Ever wake up and feel like you just can't face the day? It happens to us all and its ok! Having a down day is absolutely fine and sometimes we just have to embrace it, use it as a sign that it's needed and take the day to slow down. 

In this episode I take you through my 6 mechanisms to cope with down day:
Mechanism 1 - Lay Low
Mechanism 2 - Be Still
Mechanism 3 - Observe
Mechanism 4 - Write
Mechanism 5 - Relax and switch off
Mechanism 6 - Go outdoors

These 6 things all help me to be with myself and figure out what it is that is going on in my mind and/or in my body. Implement them as your wish, figure out what works for you and take them on as down day rituals.
