Christopher Eaker was raised in a Southern Baptist church. He felt pressure to conform to a certain standard. When he became an adult he grappled with the faith he grew up in. He did not like how the church presented itself as some kind of spectacle. For years, Christopher and his wife attended a house church. After that church disbanded, they went to an Anglican church where they were soon asked to conform to their doctrine. Christopher talks about why they left the Anglican church.
