For episode 16 of the PAPYRUS HOPECAST we're joined by Kirk Norcross. Kirk is most famous for being part of the original line up of The Only Way Is Essex. Since, TOWIE Kirk has appeared on other reality TV shows and has gone on to start his own business.
Kirk has openly battled with his own mental health and suicidal thoughts and tragically lost his beloved Dad Mick, last year to suicide. Kirk joined us in London to talk about overcoming bad days and breaking the stigma around men reaching out for support.
