When you are walking a unique path, it is the most thrilling and aligned experience we can offer ourselves, but it takes work. One hurdle is the input, advice and commentary you receive along the way. Much of it can be hopeful and inspiring - but there is a whole lot that is just noise.

In the episode, Kristen discusses her favourite quote and thoughts from The Light Path Collective’s book of the month ‘Daring Greatly by Brene Brown and how it helps her stay the course and filter through the noise coming from the sidelines and focus in on the wisdom of those in the arena.
