For this weeks episode, we wanted to sit down and have an honest open chat about men’s mental health. It’s men’s mental health awareness month and we wanted to share some of our experiences, in the hope that it starts a conversation for some of you. It’s not always easy to open up about how you’re feeling, but sitting down and having that conversation can make the world of difference for yourself or a loved one.
