There are so many compelling and fascinating stories, perspectives and voices amongst the people we meet in Scripture. If you could sit down for a meal with just five of them, who would you choose? In this week’s episode, Warren, Rachel and Jason consider that very question as they each “draft" a list of five individuals from Scripture with whom they would like to share a meal. This conversation is an attempt to get us thinking about our approach to Scripture and questions we have about God, faith and the Bible in a fun, light-hearted manner. The “draft choices” end up reflecting not only the wide variety of people in Scripture but also the various strategies and goals with which each of the drafters builds their list.
