Series Description: In the book of John Jesus makes seven “I am” statements, and we learn different things about Jesus in the ways that he describes himself. But we also learn about how our relationship is to be shaped and formed by the knowledge and understanding of those descriptions. In Jesus’ seven “I am” statements we not only learn a great deal about who he is, we learn a great deal about who we are called to be as well. We find comfort, peace and hope in these statements while also being challenged, called and equipped for service.
