This is a different podcast than we have done before. In light of the recent election and the divisive political process that played throughout our country, we thought it appropriate to lift up in prayer the leaders and people of our country. We know we are called to be part of the Kingdom of God, first and foremost, but that doesn't mean we often don't get caught up in the distress of earthly nations. In this episode, the elders of The Vine, Terry Rascoe, Kevin Huddleston, Bill Kneip, and Jason Martin, each offer prayers for our nation, asking God for healing, discernment, humility, and peace.
We would also love to hear your own prayers for our nation. We ask that the prayers stay away from partisan politics, as we are seeking to bring unity and peace and a reminder that our primary allegiance is to the Kingdom of God.
