A lot of us struggle at this time of year with our family of origin not accepting us, but you can have the best family in the world and still need an hour off for your mental health. Claire has an array of music recommendations to share, as well as suggestions for internet wormholes for when you fancy tapping out and going goblin for an hour. We also dip into Claire's folder of bite sized, sub ten minute seratonin blasts for when you need a short break away from the Christmas madness.
Conor shares his coming out story so if you're in the mood for a good cathartic cry, we got you. Claire's brother makes a cameo as they discuss a *special Christmas film* that left an indelible mark, and the hotties get into the nepo baby discourse.
