This week I’m joined by Ben Aldridge, he’s the Author of How To Be Comfortable With Being Uncomfortable. I stumbled across this book by accident and it’s the first time in a long time that I’ve related to the words inside. Ben challenges his own anxiety and mindset to help build up his resilience by setting himself challenges. The book is full of challenges that you can complete yourself and include everything from cold showers to waiting in a queue and walking away when you get to the front. From someone who’s struggled recently with my anxiety this book has really helped in keeping myself focus and actually have fun whilst doing it!
