The brothers are now on a mission to give others the tools they need to become the best version of themselves by accepting vulnerabilities and being open about their fears, feelings and why self care and love is so important
This was honestly one of my favourite waffles of the year and I know for a fact i'll be listening back to this over the Christmas period for a reminder on why it's important to give myself what I need
