After a long career in education, Stella started at Cecil Andrews, a school that, at the time, had a low attainment and graduation rate. Nearly a decade later, Stella and her team have managed to transform Cecil Andrews into a school of the future. We chat to Stella about her early life, throwing a 'rebellion' in high school, becoming a teacher and learning how to be a modern principal.
