Fear is a natural emotion that has its purpose - to keep us safe from danger. But sometimes it's irrational or excessive and holds us back from achieving goals or living our lives in a way that's true to who we are. In today's episode, I share a bit about my experience with fear and some steps to co-exist with fear so that it doesn't take over.
