To start the second year, I have invited my first non-researcher guest. Gary Reed is not a researcher. Why have him as a guest? You may have noticed that a lot of guests spoke about the role of mentor’s and coaches in their journey as a researcher. Gary’s name came up in my conversation a previous episode (behind the scenes) as someone who has experience in coaching clinical academic researchers. We speak about the importance of coaches in a researcher’s journey.
