Claire J is extremely passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing in motorsport. She believes being fit is essential for longevity in the sport and improving performance on race days. Claire got into motorsport during the first lockdown when she published a book about female empowerment and interviewed female drivers. She has since worked with various motorsport teams and individual drivers, helping them with nutrition and training. Claire's ultimate goal is to impact more people through her RaceFit app, which provides specific fitness programs for different racing disciplines. She aims to inspire and empower individuals to become better versions of themselves.
