Description

Having created some space, hopefully turned down the noise a little, this week our short and sweet challenge is intended to help you sift through the spinning plates and those things that are taking up too much mental load and do a little rationalising and prioritisation. It shouldn't take you much more than 20 minutes with the end result being a clear, hopefully reduced and at considered list of the shizzle you actually need to get done, rather than it all feeling like a jumbled mess in your poor overloaded brain.
