Hello and welcome everyone! In this episode we will be talking about the top 3 chakras, heart throat and the third eye. The heart chakra is located in the middle of the chest, almost by the heart. This chakra has a lot to do with the relationships you have with the people around you and the relationship you have with yourself. The throat chakra is located at the bottom of the throat. This chakra has a lot to do with how well you communicate with others and how well you speak your truth. The third eye chakra is located right in between your eyebrows. This chakra has a lot to do with your intuition. This chakra also has to do with some of the communication you can get from your guides and ancestors.
