Description

Jessica Park says “The friends you meet in college are friends you will have for life”. That show’s how important relationships are during these four years. In some countries, age or what year you studied in university didn’t matter in terms of creating these relationships. However, Japan has this particular senior-junior relationship that actually prevents you from forming bonds beyond your age.

Tune in to this episode as Eva, Taisho and I discuss the senior-junior relationships we have encountered in our university life. Join along as we explain how deeply rooted this culture is within the Japanese community. Enjoy and I will see you next episode!
