Doug Thede moved into executive leadership roles for companies like Sitehawk and Microstrategy after getting his BA in Accounting at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and working in tax for Big Four accounting firms. He may have started his career in Finance, but he thinks "beyond the spreadsheet," and views his primary job as building and leading great teams. He always has a good book to recommend and, one of these days, plans to try his hand at writing fiction. Doug loved creating by digging tunnels in sand castles as a child and remains a bit fascinated with tunnels to this day.
