Its time to enjoy a short Guided Meditation with April Wild to help you cultivate more calm + balance in your day. We all need a little space for stillness + self care each day. We all have 10mins in our day which we could choose to put our device down + connect inwards.

We need to make Rest + Self Care a priority.

It's no secret that meditation is good for you. Studies have proven that having a regular meditation practice can do everything from alleviating anxiety, to lowering your blood pressure, improving cognitive function + even slowing down the process of ageing. Yes Please!! And many of these benefits can be experienced by quieting the mind for a mere 10minutes a day. April Wild has been teaching Yoga + Mindfulness for over 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge on Meditation + Breathwork. Suitable for all ages.
