One of the hardest parts of drinking isn’t just the hangovers or the regret, it’s the way alcohol chips away at our self-trust. We say we’ll stop, we break that promise, and over time our confidence in ourselves starts to erode. In this episode, I explore how we can begin rebuilding that trust, piece by piece, with compassion and consistency.
