Today I chat to Jules King, who was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinsons Disease at the age of 35, having had her first symptom at 19 years old. Jules became wheelchair bound, reliant on help from friends and familty to go about daily tasks. From being diagnosed, Jules went from being wheelchair bound to taking up Crossfit, and has now competed in Crossfit competitions and Triathlons too. Jules' story is extremely inspiring, and she is one of the most positive and inspirational people I have had the privelage of having a conversation with.
