Welcome to St Sidwell's Point and welcome to live coverage of the Ultimate Swim Off - a Movember charity event involving six aquatic clubs: Swimming, Canoe, Surf, Waterpolo, Triathlon and Windiriding!

On Part 1 of our two-part special commentary:

• 4x50m Front Crawl for both the Mens and Womens - as it says!
• 6x25m Waterpolo race - mixing the skills of Waterpolo and Swimming!
• 5x25m Front Crawl Arms and Legs Mixed Relay - a wheelbarrow race underwater!
• 50m Fly for the Men and Women - with only non-swimmers allowed to enter!
• 8x25 Duck and Dive Relay - surfing skills in the pool!

Commentary from the stands is presented by Mikhail Shklover and Anna Papasouliotis, with poolside interviews with Joseph Terry and Malik Awotorebo!
