Leonard Pozner, the father of one of the murdered children at Sandy Hook, Noah Pozner, went on to sue Jim Fetzer for publishing the fake death certificate that was provided by Leonard. Despite there being (5) death certificates for Noah.
Eventually, the judge in the case, Frank Remington, decided that evidence didn’t matter and that the ‘law of Wisconsin’, where the case was out of, wasn’t valid in the case of Pozner vs. Fetzer.
Frank decided to rule in favor of Leonard Pozner and awarded him $450,000 for “defamation”. For publishing a public record.
In this episode, we will discuss that case and also many of the inconsistencies and questions that remain in regard to the events that played out on December 14, 2012, at Sandy Hook Elementary.
But we are going to discuss all of this, and more, much more......
