Behind Carousel Lights is Ben Reynolds and his sister Rebecca who have won numerous industry awards for their business including National Winners of the Great British Entrpreneur Awards & Community for Creative Industries and Family Business and Carousel Lights was publicly recognised at one of the Downing Street daily briefings for its Covid contribution efforts.
This interview is with Ben who prior to starting Carousel Lights had a completely different work life that started with the BA graduate scheme and ended in Marketing at the BBC.
So how do you go from there to setting up an award-winning lighting company.
