Construction cash flow has been a major problem for 400 years and it hasn't changed much since the times when St. Paul's Cathedral borrowed funds from St Peter's Cathedral to pay for its building works; it's where the saying "Robbing Peter to Pay Paul" comes from.
I understand the damage caused by slow payments and am here to help. My podcast features motivational and knowledgeable guests who have experienced this problem and are here to help you take action.
Welcome to Episode 10 of Construction Cashflow where I interview Pooran Desai OBE.
In this episode, we discuss climate change, the effect on global supply chains and what we as individuals and as an industry must do now in light of imminent climate shocks
Pooran is an environmentalist, working in sustainability for over three decades. In 1994, he co-founded one of the World’s first sustainability organisations, Bioregional which is responsible for setting-up enterprises in sustainable forestry, organic farming, recycling and real estate development.
