In this first episode, Jane Morgan, coach and workshop facilitator, talks to Zelda about boundaries, staying warm and the merits of having a vision. Jane is the founder and MD of Plan.Coach.Succeed since 2004 and Co-Founder of the 8020 Excellerate Leadership Programa. She's also a partner, mum, and an adventurer from the time she could walk. After over 20 years in California and traveling the globe, she now lives happily near Oxford in the UK. Her biggest challenge after she adopted her son from China at the age of 53, was to continue to live fully and well, knowing that “waiting for the kids to leave home” to resume her life was just not an option. We talk about life, death, adventures and how to get through all of it.
