Description

In this episode, we're concluding our discussion of The Seeds of Learning by Tera Sumpter, M.A., CCC-SLP with chapter seven and our final thoughts. Chapter seven contains case history examples from Tera's own practice. She describes individual children she's assessed in the past, including their developmental history, areas of concern, assessment results, and treatment plans. We discuss what to do when executive functioning deficits appear to be impacting speech, language, and learning. We also chat about our biggest takeaways from this amazing book. Make sure to tune in Friday for our very special bonus episode where we interview Tera Sumpter herself!
