Hello All,
Today was the most beautiful day! The drive was gorgeous! I love all the prap-tice time I get.
I go to my breath often now.
I allow the day to be as it is and as it isn't.
I go with the flow and am willing to go with the flow since I know it is wayyyyyy better
than anything the mind could make up! That is the absolute truth. Keep prap-ticing.
