Have you got a credit card and do you use it properly?
In this episode, the two Pauls talk about credit cards, including Paul Merrimans horror story about his first one!! Are credit cards ever a good idea? How can you find the best rates and perks? Why a credit card can be a very useful tool in certain circumstances but only if you are well set up financially - if you are an emotional spender or can’t get to pay day without going into an overdraft you really shouldn’t have a credit card!!! But, if you have one and are in trouble with it, don’t panic, this episode provides the best way to structure the repayments and clear the debt as interest free as possible. The Pauls also dissect our tapping mentality, discretionary spending and all the ways we pay.
