In the first episode of Constant Writers, you get to meet the wonderful human being - and terrific writer - Jamie Stewart. Jamie is the author of the fantastic dark carnival epic Montague's Carnival of Delights and Terror, as well the short story collection I Hear the Clattering of Keys, the novel Price Manor: The House that Bleeds, and the soon-to-be-released The Cult of Queen. He's also co-editor of the collections Welcome to the Funhouse and the upcoming Sacrament, as well as being a new dad and one of the nicest people in the world of indie fiction.
You'll hear more about Jamie's journey towards becoming a writer, before we turn our attention to Stephen King and focus in particular on Jamie's book of choice for this episode: 2013's JOYLAND. Then, before we finish, Jamie takes on the 19-question challenge to end.
