Description

This week, we're at a pub, in fact at Melbourne's Matthew Flinders Hotel. We're in the band room, which is largely empty and cavernous! But it's a great room, there is a bar, and importantly there are beers.

Ox and Marko start the show chatting about Kevin 'Bloody' Wilson and Rodney Rude, and whether they've been 'cancelled' or are still performing. Ox reckons adult entertainment at suburban sports clubs is definitely cancelled - and that's probably a good thing too.

But what about the basketball hoop situation. Has it been resolved? Has Marko brought Andrew Gaze on the show? Are kids all over the country happily playing basketball at their local park again? Well there's been a twist, and Marko is pissed off about it - and decides to call the council live on the show. Riveting, particularly the part where we're on hold for 5-minutes.

That said, Marko reckons his local park needs an 'Allen Family plaque' as a thank you for his work on it. Not sure on that.

Couple of Blokes, Couple of Beers family member Brian has messaged us with a suggestion for Civil Selfishness to do with u-turns. Leads to a chat on car-parking technique. Another message from Tommy in Darwin who sent a pic in of a terrible carpark - more civil selfishness. And Ox is curious where Ford F350's park?

Unfortunately the poll last week was the biggest we've done. Marko has an update giving the results and some feedback, including one person who's given Ox and Marko a whack for being a couple of blokes in their 50s asking about women's porn habits.

We've got an update on the MCG cash situation, there's been a development. And more feedback from you - Ox has been called a dinosaur. They're not wrong to be fair.

We chat to family member Matt who poses a 'can we still be friends' question to Ox and Marko. It's a tough one, and the boys both agree that they can't be friends with Matt - but they do offer to help him with his 'problem'....more to come.

The joke isn't great but it's certainly better than last weeks efforts from Ox, which were both appalling.
