Phew. We made it to the big 2nd Episode. Who'd have thought!
This week, in a combination of irony and poor planning, Ox and Marko are doing Couple of Blokes, Couple of Beers from a rehab centre (true!). Which leads to Marko becoming fascinated by sex addiction, and perhaps revealing a little more than he should. Ox has strong views on behaviour at petrol stations, supporting Marko's theory of 'Civil Selfishness'.
Marko has a (possibly illegal) way to deal with pedestrians who annoy him when he's driving, and Dave the Builder, a great member of the Couple of Blokes, Couple of Beers family, tells us what makes him give motorists the bird. And Ox has a genius new business idea.....this could make millions!
Wouldn't be a complete show without some food chat - we get an update on Ox's Twistie addiction, and Marko discovers an amazing food from his childhood that he hasn't eaten for 40-years - Ox and Marko taste test it live on the show!
Last week, as usual, the Couple of Blokes, Couple of Beers podcast ended with a joke, and it wasn't good. If possible, this weeks is worse. Don't listen. When the joke starts, turn off, it's that bad.
