It’s a very special episode today of Couple of Blokes, Couple of Beers today with Ox and Marko, and one that really has struck our hearts.
Ox and Marko talk with Jarryd, who works in emergency services, and along with his wife Jamie have been through some extraordinarily difficult challenges with their beautiful daughter Millie, where they nearly lost her.
And whilst the story is an emotional one, it has a happy ending because Millie pulled through with the help of the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. Jarryd and Jamie are now looking to help the RCH with a mini-golf day at Dingley Village in Victoria on Friday March 31st, to raise $35,000, which is a thousand bucks for every day Millie was in hospital.

"Last year, Millie spent 35 days at the hospital under, 28 of which were in ICU. Millie was diagnosed with COVID-19 and upon receiving treatment to support her heart/lungs, she suffered a stroke. Thanks to the incredible support of the RCH team, Millie was able to recover and continues to receive ongoing care.
Now, our family want to give back to the hospital by playing 12 hours of non-stop Mini Golf on March 31st, 2023 and raise $35,000! We can only do that with your support!"
