- Finding expanders, mentors, or friends that are doing what you what to do or have qualities that you aspire to embody.
- Figuring out your non-negotiable values to start cultivating and embodying your true authentic self.
- Setting your standards higher and not letting fear rule your decisions.
- Your time is precious, you have every right to choose who you spend it with.
