Greatness is not something that is assumed or given to a person; it must be earned. To become a great leader, one must first make the decision to be true to themselves and to be authentic in all their actions. There are certain decisions that must be made to lead one on the path to greatness. The most important of these decisions is the decision to be "born again." Romans 8:9
