Although this challenge might not be suitable for everyone, I've learnt a lot from taking part in this challenge🤍 I hope some of the things I mention in this episode, you can translate into your life somehow :) Every time we do hard things, we build our confidence more and more each time, because we prove to ourselves that we CAN DO hard things!!😅 Most of the time, doing the hard things actually means we can have an easier life hehe xxx ilysm besties, thanks so much for listening <3
