In this edition of Maverick University, Pastor Phil Cavanaugh, Co-Pastor of Northwest Bible Baptist Church and the Dean of Students at Providence Baptist College, uses his years of experience as an assistant pastor to teach about the responsibilities that an assistant pastor has to the pastor. Pastor Cavanaugh highlights the importance of being flexible and being willing to learn when serving in the ministry and the importance of handling disappointment and rebuke.
