In this episode, Debbie converses with Hannah Green who holds dance groups in nature and indoors to guide people to let go and connect with their bodies. Through a musical journey, Hannah aims to create a safe, non-judgemental environment that allows for transformation through movement.
Hannah believes that through dance and movement we can better connect with ourselves, and also the world around us, and through exploring our shadow through movement it can liberate us from the things which hold us back.
Always loving dance, as Hannah became more spiritually aware, she swapped her lifestyle of partying, finding new ways to express herself through dance, now sharing this experience with others.

BEST MOMENTS
- " I think being in nature automatically softens us and gives us that feeling of safeness, whether it be on the vast expansion of a beach or in a woodland.”
- “And then the beauty of dance and music is it opens our senses, opens our heart, which then opens our space and our kind of what we are experiencing with our senses, with our emotions.”
- “I totally encourage people to dance through all the elements. The wind energizes, the sun powers, you know, the rain invigorates, and it builds that connection and to embrace it all. It's all nature. It's all beautiful.”
- “Sometimes in the morning, I'm, you know, I might be feeling a little bit sad or a little bit, I can't be bothered. I move that, I dance that as well. It's not always chasing the highs and the bliss. It's like dancing at all is, is that's what I've learned with the dance movement psychotherapy.”
- “Sometimes dance my intentions, you know, move those, or there's some problem or something I need to solve. I just move and not think about it particularly and the solution comes.”
- “It's freeing, it's liberating, and as soon as you have that feeling of liberation and not caring what you move like or what it'll look like, you take that, into the outside world.”
