In this episode, Debbie speaks with her friend Trudy Randall about her journey of healing and well-being which occurred after she embarked on studying a body of knowledge called the Freedom Teachings. Through her newfound understanding of the world in which we live, Trudy learnt how to release limiting programmes that she was running such as perfectionism, limiting beliefs, and making judgements.
This helped her to instil boundaries, trust in her own intuitive knowledge, and have more compassion for others, which has enabled her to experience life, and embrace what it has to offer more fully.
After studying many therapeutic modalities, Trudy is now setting up her therapy practice, helping her clients to notice the stories and patterns that run beneath their issues so that they can gain a new knowledge and understanding of themselves and the world around them.
