In this episode of Tranquil Awakenings, host Debbie chats with Rosalind Johnson who is a medical herbalist. In this episode they explore the benefits of looking at the body holistically and how herbs and plant medicines can be beneficial for healing and well-being.
Never considering herself strong academically, Roz was apprehensive to commence her medical herbalism degree. This journey however developed her confidence allowing her to not only acquire lots of academic knowledge but also learn about herself.
Roz is continuing with her learning journey studying reiki, crystal healing, and tarot to incorporate into the services that she provides, highlighting that everyone requires a unique approach.
