Description

In today’s episode of the Tranquil Awakenings Podcast, Debbie will be in conversation with Cathy Williams, who specialises in movement and expressive art therapy.

Cathy was first introduced to movement and art therapy as a therapeutic practice after she began to struggle with the responsibilities that came with her role as a community development practitioner. Recognising the benefits she encountered through this healing process she trained to help others.

Cathy believes that the body is a resource and when we connect into our bodies using awareness practices and movement, we can allow our feelings to be heard and expressed, which leads to an increase in resilience and confidence.
