Description

In this episode of Tranquil Awakenings, host Debbie is in conversation with coach Lou Davies.

Four and a half years ago, Lou recognised that alcohol had become a large part of her life and had begun to have a detrimental effect on her relationships. She came to recognise that although her life looked wonderful from the outside, she was not her true self.

By using alcohol, she had created an identity that allowed her to hide from others and herself. Upon recognising she needed a change; she started going to Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Through this programme she took responsibility for her actions allowing her to express herself in more healthy ways. This helped her to embark on a journey of self-love, humility and peace.

Lou is now a qualified coach and therapist who is passionate about helping executives and individuals in business.
