If you used to ask me the perfect food on this planet, I'm going to say eggs. I'm going to say the egg, because it has everything in it that has the protein, it has the fat soluble vitamins within the yolk. Never throw the yolks away. That was a nice thing. And it has the cholesterol ratio, which is perfect. The egg is perfect.
In the past, a lot of people have been commenting of, oh, look at the size of what's on your plate. Look how much food you've got. So there have been that emphasis on portion size rather than the quality of the food. Likewise, we tend to have this idea in our society of processed, junk sugary foods being a treat or reward. So you've been really good today, kids. We'll take you to McDonald's as a treat. You've been really well behaved. Have a bag of sweets.
And this is where the headaches the keto flu comes from. Need to be on top of that. I use black pepper on everything. So black pepper is going to increase absorption. That's in most if you look on the back of most bottles for vitamins, black pepper is included because it enhances absorption. If you take your turmeric, if you've read about, I'm going to take turmeric once a day, take it with black pepper because the absorption rate is going to be twice.
