Description

In this episode of Tranquil Awakenings, Debbie discusses the inner child and the different parts of our mind that make up our identity. She explains that when our inner child is happy and fulfilled, it allows us to be ourself and interact with others in a safe and secure way. However, there are times when the inner child isn't healthy due to past traumas, which can cause it to become subdued and retreat. Debbie offers insights on how to identify when the inner child needs healing and discusses what can be done to support its wellbeing.
