The gents have been trying hard to secure Jonny as a guest because he is noted for his principled and value laden approach to leadership. Jonny then considers the possible impact of Bridget Phillipson's keynote at the ASCL conference a few days ago. He focuses in on the accountability measures and the negative impact of OFSTED. He believes teachers manage this extraordinarily well despite the noise being made by a few.
