Description

This week, Giana and Bradshaw take a hard and honest look at the once-popular hashtag YogaEveryDamnDay, a phrase that began with good intentions but quickly became a symbol of obsession, injury, and hustle culture disguised as wellness.

They reflect on their own experiences of going too hard, pushing through pain, chasing results, and losing touch with the deeper purpose of the practice.
