What is this new podcast format about?

The conversation format with my wonderful international network of promoters of new work and sustainability will continue. But I will add a new format - that of a learning hack. A short episode on a specific hack you can use when leading in transformation, when working with groups and teams on change, when leading a sustainable transition of an organization.

I will address new work practices or sustainability practices.

Today we will start with a new work hack. I call this learning hack: river crossing for trust and collaboration.
