Description

I'm Brittney Ellers, a holistic pelvic physical therapist in my practice Being Better, where I dive deep into people's journeys around their bodies, specifically at the root of it all.

Not only do I work with people physically 1-1, but over the years as a practitioner, I've found that more and more people really need support from an emotional, energetic, and spiritual standpoint too.

I also know this because I went through my own struggles with pelvic health, and required more than just hands on care and education! I really required a whole being kind of healing.

And before we get too ahead of ourselves, YES, pelvic physical therapy exists and is for everyone. Because we all have a pelvic floor and bones that cradle some essential organs and energies!

And some of us go through some difficult things in our bodies that impact us in more ways than one.

This podcast was born out of the desire to share the intimate and NECESSARY conversations about one of the most ignored, abused, and suppressed areas of our bodies: our pelvises.

Welcome to The Pelvic Pulse, where formerly "off the table" topics take center stage so YOU can feel comfortable, confident, and free in your body. We'll be focused on pelvic care, education, community, resources, and more! I'll be speaking to experts in the pelvic healthcare space, leaders in wellness, and even a past client or two to enliven you to take steps towards healing your own relationship with your pelvic space holistically for fuller embodiment.

Some of the topics we will cover include:

Menstruation and cycle syncing

Birth control

Pregnancy

Postpartum

Parenthood

Empowered sexuality + pleasure

Menopause

Feminine embodiment

General pelvic health tips

and so much more!

We will learn together in a safe space about our bodies, minds, and spirits - from a holistic viewpoint, with a gentle, open curiosity.
