Welcome back to The Stress Sessions!
This week, I’m speaking to award-winning public figure, Joe Plumb, who at the age of just 13, set up the 'Speak Up, Speak Out’ campaign with support from James Arthur, Sinitta Malone and Richard Branson, and has gone onto win the Princess Diana award and featured in the ITV’s ‘Britain Get Talking’ campaign.
He’s a really inspirational and lovely guy - and has been through A LOT - including being moved to a psychiatric unit at the age of 16.
A word of warning - this episode my be a trigger for some people.
If you enjoy the episode or any of the others, please share with friends, family, or anyone who you think they may help.
Thanks and have a great week.
Luke
